I think 2006 Oscar season and 2007 may be the make or break stretch for SJ as a actress. She's got enough beauty to stay in the lights for a long time yet, but she's still got to produce in a major Hollywood success before I think she can be considered a real A-lister. It doesn't have to be the best performance ever, but it has to be of at least Nicole Kidman proportions. She's got seven yet to be released movies under her name at IMDB, and if they don't pay off I'm not sure she'll continue to get major roles. She could get stuck being Catherine Zeta-Jones for indie kids.

Here's hoping she gets out from the Woody Allen camp soon and back to something worthwhile. The projects she's attached to on IMDB seem to be a healthy mix of could-be-big/could-be-contenders. Here's hoping they never try to put her into the Roberts/Bullock/Ryan/Kidman playdoh fun factory.

Pathological skinny is when you can count ribs. It's insulting to say she's in some kind of danger zone. It must be some kind of American thing, we're too used to fat. Europeans love this.
